Shipping

Orders are processed 1-3 business days from receiving the confirmation based on the method of shipping option selected. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it. All sales are final but we genuinely care about your experience. Please reach out to if you experience an issues with your any of your CLD pieces.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be modified.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracking numbers will be provided, by email, so that you will know when your order will arrive. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Should your package be lost in transit or stolen, reach out to the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with your tracking number to file a claim. Notify us as well and we will do what we can on this end to assist. As most items are unique and can be one of kind, you may not be able to replace that style.

Care 

- To enjoy your bracelets for years to come, do not over stretch the bracelet when putting it on or removing it.

- When washing your hands, it's ok to get the pieces wet. We recommend drying them completely to avoid long-term damage due to ingredients in your soap.

- Refrain from applying perfumes or colognes after putting on your bracelets,especially if it has silver or gold accents.

- We recommend removing your jewelry pieces prior to a bath or shower. 

- It is not recommended to wear your CLD gemstone and fashion jewelry pieces in the pool, at the beach or in similar environments. Waist beads, anklets and most seed bead bracelets are fine in the water may weaken over long-term water wear.

- We understand life happens, if you ever experience an issue or breakage of one of our pieces reach out to us.

Other FYIs

- Colors may vary slightly in person due to various screen types.

- Most pieces are one (or very few) of a kind and cannot be duplicated exactly. If you request to have a previous piece duplicated, we will do what we can to match the color and design of that piece.

- All custom designs must be approved in writing, before any work begins.
